Directions

Chop dill and sweet pickle relishes if needed to ensure they are finely chopped; drain any liquid.

Combine relishes in a bowl with mayonnaise, onion, capers, horseradish, lemon juice, chili-lime powder, seafood seasoning, and hot sauce; mix well. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

I like to use Mount Olive(R) relishes, McCormick(R) Grill Mates(R) Mojito Lime seasoning, and Crystal(R) Louisiana Hot Sauce.

A note about Crystal(R) sauce: Crystal(R) is a Louisiana-style hot sauce that has more flavor than heat. In this recipe, go for the flavor, not so much the heat. If you can't find Crystal(R), use your favorite and adjust for your taste.
